I have a Master of Arts degree in Organization Development from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California at Davis. I have worked with disadvantaged youth, been in the speaking industry for a decade, and am part owner of an award winning Golden Retriever kennel called Birnam Wood. My wife Liz and I have a one year old daughter, Chloe. I enjoy the outdoors and escape to Lake Tahoe to hike, kayak, mountain and road bike, snowboard and have my breath taken away.
In 1999, fresh off of a Master's degree in Organization Development,
